Symposia

A symposium is a discrete session around a specific topic or problem that:

  • encourages lively discussion, presentation of alternative views,
  • engages with issues that cut across existing SIGs, and
  • can be accomplished in a 90min window, rather than a straightforwad presentation of 3 or 4 papers.

EURAM 2013 will feature 6 symposia:

1) Bridging the research-to-teaching gap on Democratising Management: A case study of a novel Masters programme

2) Co-creation and the democratisation of innovation project management

3) Community governance as sustainable development policies of communities and territories

4) Institutions of management knowledge

5) Megaprojects: Shaping the research agenda

6) Rethinking the social and economic world through management: Management research and (Arab) Revolutions
