How to register for the EURAM 2013 Annual Conference Before proceeding with online registration for the EURAM 2013 Annual Conference, please ensure that you are already a member of EURAM for the year 2014. We cannot complete your registration until we receive confirmation that you are an up-to-date member. Returning participants have been used over the years to a one-step process, with two separate invoices, for membership and conference registration. However, this year the conference registration will be processed by Istanbul directly and this affects the registration process, final invoicing and VAT rate. Membership rates for 2014: Standard rate: 100 Euro (inc. 21% Belgian VAT) PhD students: 80 Euro (inc. 21% Belgian VAT) For the full conference fees click here. To ensure that you have time to register before the Early Bird/Author deadline, we urge you to complete your 2014 membership as soon as possible, as it may take a few days (or longer in special cases) for your membership payment to be confirmed. Do not wait until the last week before the deadline to complete your membership payment.
